The Journey is a collection of experiences, advice and stories from people with lived experience of acquired brain injury (ABI).  It has been written for people who have an ABI, and their families and friends.

The original idea and much of the material came from people who have an acquired brain injury and  live in West Dunbartonshire.  West Dunbartonshire Council provided resources to facilitate the creation of The Journey which was developed with help from people who use West Dunbartonshire ABI services and the people who are members of the Brain Injuries Experience Network (BIEN).
