Care matters! We are looking for people to help us evaluate the quality of care provided to people who receive care at home services.
The role of the Care at Home Lay Assessors project is to monitor and report on the standards of home care provided to people in West Dunbartonshire.
What is a Lay Assessor?
The role of a Care at Home Lay Assessor is to visit or telephone people in their own homes to talk about the home care they receive on a day to day basis.
If you have a couple of hours to spare this could be rewarding work for you and would allow you to play an important part in service review and the continued delivery of high quality services.
If you are either over the age of 55, or qualified/experienced in working with older people or people with disabilities, then you can train to be a Care at Home Lay Assessor.
You can complete the application form above or an online form on survey monkey
